PANS+ Scotland have today published a report on the impact of PANS on children and young people in reference to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)
We worked with families across Scotland to consider the impact of the condition against the Articles of the UNCRC, and have identified 15 Articles where children and young people with PANS may struggle to access their rights.
The UNCRC has been incorporated into law in Scotland, and we are calling on the next government to take action to support children, young people and adults affected by this condition.
