The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) is now incorporated into law in Scotland… and yet in many cases, children’s rights are not being met across multiple articles of the UNCRC.
We worked with families across Scotland to consider the impact of the condition against the Articles of the UNCRC, and have identified 15 Articles where children and young people with PANS may struggle to access their rights.
We are calling on the next government to take action to support children, young people and adults affected by this condition.
